My academic/professional background is in Integral Practitioner Coaching/Management/Learning & Development/Leadership Development in the corporate environment such as Nedbank, Absa, Old Mutual, Liberty Life, Coca Cola, Merchants SA and Capita SA (BPO). Official national ‘Brand Ambassador for the ‘Change-Makers Hub’ and the ‘IMM GSM’ (Institute of Marketing Graduate School of Marketing), respectively.
Extremely passionate about study of human behavioural science, people and business development, in the digital age. A certified Integral Practitioner Coach (The Integral Coaching Centre/Integral+ Africa Institute – lead by Dr Paddy Pampallis: CEO) The first school to offer Ken Wilber’s framework as an integrating platform from which to find and liberate your own unique intelligence through both academic and practitioner applications. (Mindset/Execution). Creating a ‘safe space’ to live/lead into your fullest potential whilst gracefully holding ‘multiple perspectives’, polarities to manage complexity and paradox, respectively.

Over the last 10 years, I have had the privilege of coaching young emerging
professionals, senior executives, directors, and students both in my communities and
within corporate/organisational/NGO space. Trusted adviser, natural empath and a
reliable friend/thinking partner, I find that these personal attributes easily and
inherently transfer into the coaching space, framed by the discipline and boundaries
of the integral coaching methodology based fundamentally on the work of Ken
Wilber (Models & Frameworks: AQAL). And Daniel Goleman (EQ/EI Frameworks),
respectively.
Deeply committed to continuous personal/professional development particularly
in the Digital/Virtual landscape and excited about the prospects of deepening my
skills, invoking excellence in others and see this aspect of my vocation as the best
contribution I can make to furthering both my business, community and national and
